How do you face your "DARK DOUBLE" or "SHADOW" when in SOLITUDE? This is what happens when the spiral seems unsaleable and what I did to move along to see the hidden T R U T H S .
On this Episode, number 129, of the “Just Bein’ Honest Podcast”, I admit some emotions that are contradicting my honest truth. Do you ever think that someone's word choice to you is a direct JAB at your internal being?
Ahem, raising my hand!!! GUILTY! Most Mercury Retrograde and the SHADOWWWWWS came out from the deep dark inside of MOI! This is were I went, and the unhealthy thought patterns came creeping along - so how did I SHIFT that mindset?
Here's how I started taking the steps to face and YES, L I S T E N carefully to my internal dialogue a little more seriously...
