On this Episode, number 132, of the “Just Bein’ Honest Podcast”, OHHHHH my WORD!!! I have to admit something... I am setting boundaries :) I am learning more and more that the way that I start my mornings has a direct effect on how the rest of my day will come to follow - MENTALLY + PHYSICALLY!!! Don't you agree?

It all seems emotionally exhausting just to think about all of the energy it takes to consume this "feedback" that actually has sooooo much influence over how you should THINK or FEEL the remainder of the day or even week!!! AHHHHHHHH - a tailspin of control that YOU have control over, didn't you know this?!
