The second of my health adventure in Italy - We end with Naples, then to Rome and finally Florence.
On this Episode, number 86, of the “Just Bein’ Honest Podcast”, I have successfully been touring (adventuring) through ITALY! What an amazing time it has been and what an adventure that I could never EVER trade. I started with a goal to find the healthiest ways to enjoy and stay on track as a veggie and vegan in the great land of MEAT, CHEESE and PASTA!!! Don't forget the VINO! I have done great, but I also have been able to enjoy the beauties of what this culinary rich country has to offer!
I found some very vital answers to some extremely important questions. I am richer than ever with gratitude and joy. I feel content and confident on the next path I shall take in this life.
Time to realize that life is best lived at a slower pace. Stop and literally smell the roses. Take time to listen and talk to strangers life stories. Respect your every wants and needs. Most importantly, stick to your truth and stand strong with your beliefs.
